Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to uffy.cc ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services — including logging in with Discord or Google, creating redirect shortcodes, and using subdomain hosting features — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Have a valid Discord or Google account
• Be at least the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (typically 13 or older)

By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Credit System & Membership Tiers

• New users start with 5 credits upon registration
• Creating a redirect costs 1 credit
• Credits are non-refundable — deleting a redirect does not restore credits
• Additional credits can be earned through our referral program (+5 credits per valid referral)
• Renewing existing redirects is free and does not cost credits

Membership Purchase:

• Membership can be purchased for 40 credits
• Membership provides enhanced features for lifetime.
• Membership purchases are final and non-refundable
• Membership cannot be transferred to another account, if account is lost or suspended for breaking Terms of Service, membership status will be lost
• You can only purchase Membership once

General Terms:

• We reserve the right to adjust membership benefits, credit costs, or functionality at any time without prior notice
• Member functionalities may be adjusted, modified, or removed at our discretion
• Changes to membership tiers or credit costs do not entitle users to refunds or credit compensation

3.5. Business Accounts

The following terms apply to businesses registered on uffy.cc:

• Business accounts are subject to manual approval and may be rejected at our discretion
• Business accounts are issued on a Starter plan by default, with higher plans available based on usage
• API usage — including redirects created via the dashboard — counts toward the monthly plan quota
• Exceeding the monthly quota will result in a hard cap; no overages are charged but new redirects and API calls will be rejected until the quota resets
• Business accounts must be registered with accurate company information — false or misleading registrations will result in immediate termination
• Business accounts may invite team members to share dashboard and API access under the same plan quota
• We reserve the right to downgrade, suspend, or terminate business accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform

4. Service Rules & Shortcode Policy

• Shortcodes remain active for a customizable period (free users from 1-30 days, member status from 1-60 days)
• Redirects may be renewed at the 3 day period or lower before grace period, throughout grace period for 7 days before expiration/deletion
• After expiration without renewal, redirects enter a 7-day grace period where the link becomes inactive but is not deleted
• If not renewed within this grace period, the shortcode and associated redirect are permanently deleted
• Users may manually delete shortcodes anytime via the dashboard
• Optional usage limits can be set per redirect; redirects reaching their usage limit will become inactive
• Shortcodes must follow our naming rules: they may not contain offensive, hateful, derogatory, sexually explicit, or discriminatory language

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service to create or share shortcodes, subdomains, or content that:

• Contains offensive, hateful, or derogatory language
• Promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, or other discriminatory content
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Links to or hosts malware, phishing pages, or any harmful content
• Uses chaining through other URL shortening or redirection services to hide, obscure, or disguise the final destination of a link
• Violates Discord's or any applicable platform's terms of service
• Infringes on intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any content, shortcodes, or subdomains at our discretion, without prior notice.

5.5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms:

• Suspended accounts retain their credits and data but cannot create new redirects or subdomains
• Suspension reasons are recorded and may be reviewed
• We are not obligated to provide warnings before suspension
• Appeals may be submitted via our contact form or via Ticket System in the Discord Support Server
• We reserve sole discretion in determining violations and lifting suspensions
• Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, functionality, or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service, at our sole discretion, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, immediate termination for subdomain abuse.

Upon termination:

• Your redirect database entries will be deleted according to normal deletion schedules
• Your user account data (credits, account creation date, last login) will be retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Custom subdomains will be permanently disabled
• No refunds or credit compensation will be provided
• Upon termination of a business account, all associated team member access, API keys, and redirect data will be permanently disabled and deleted according to normal deletion schedules

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
